Jim Riekens was like another dad for me. This is his recipe. I'm told that you just can't make potato salad right without it. I like to serve this with a cheese board for something a bit different. It is also a great add for your own tarter sauce.
Ingredients: Cucumber, onion, peppers, vinegar, sugar, spices and salt.
